| How many pools can I be in? |
| There is no limit to the number of pools you can join. You may participate in any number of pools of any type of challenge. You can have unlimited entries per pool, except for the Ultimate Bracket Championship which limits each user to a single entry. |
| What are the different types of challenges and how do they work? |

| I want to change my username. |
| You cannot change your username, but there is a Change Password page if you would like to change your password. |
| I joined a pool but I don't want to be in it. How do I get out? |
| If you joined a pool by accident or decided for some reason you don't want to be in it, simply don't fill out a bracket. All incomplete entries will be removed once the tournament starts. |
